A More Balanced World at OCCIAC Business Award Luncheon

On Fri. Sept. 16, 2022 ‘A More Balanced World’ attended the Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce (OCIACC) Business Awards Luncheon. The event included musical performances by Ms. Ziba Shirazi and Mr. Hamed Poursaee, a panel discussion consisting of successful business owners, public officials, and other prominent members of the community, as well as presentation of awards to Iranian American business owners in various categories.

Local and State government officials spoke to the audience about the important role of Iranian American business community in the economy.

CHILD-International, an Orange County-based non-profit organization, was honored for its charitable contributions to the local community and the impact they have had on the life of the disadvantaged. 

Shani Moslehi, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce, spoke about its new motto: OCIACC- Helping Businesses Thrive.

‘A More Balanced World’ is recognized by multiple professional and charitable organizations furthering the cause of equity in education.
